Theydon Bois is a large residential village and civil parish in Epping Forest. Surrounded by contryside and forests, it is conveniently situated just south of Epping, and close to other larger towns such as Loughton and Chigwell. The M25, and the M11 are within easy reach of Theydon Bois and its main attraction to live here is the tube station on the Central Line.
Theydon Bois has at its heart a large village green which during the warmer months is used for a variety of fetes and events and is also where the local cricket club play. There is a small High Street right near the tube station, however, it is not lacking in places to eat and drink with its numerous pubs and resteraunts. There is a very popular Primary School, and 2 secondary schools which are close by in the town of Debden. There is a wonderful golf course in Theydon Bois and all in all making a lovely peaceful place to live, and only minutes from the city by tube.
